These terms govern your use of pako.health and the purchase of any programmes or services offered by Pako Health ("Pako", "we", "us"). By purchasing a programme or using our site, you agree to these terms.
Pako offers digital health education programmes including Glide, Reset, and Thrive. Programmes are delivered through Teachable. Upon purchase you will receive access to your course content and any additional materials or sessions included in your chosen tier. Access is granted immediately upon confirmed payment.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Pako does not store your payment card details.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than the first week of course content. To request a refund, contact us at hello@pako.health within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Live group coaching calls are scheduled in advance and communicated to enrolled participants. If a call is cancelled by Pako, we will reschedule it at the earliest opportunity. For one-to-one sessions, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
Where lifetime access is offered, this means access for as long as Pako continues to operate the programme. In the unlikely event that a programme is discontinued, we will provide reasonable advance notice and, where possible, an alternative arrangement for enrolled participants.
All content on pako.health and within our programmes is owned by Pako Health and protected by copyright. You may use course materials for your personal development only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course content without our written permission.
Pako's programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute medical advice. Nothing in our programmes should be taken as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or clinical guidance. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of our site or programmes after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
